Peacefully on Wednesday morning, at Carleton Place, Ontario, June 17, 1998. Margaret Elizabeth Leishman, beloved wife of the late Howard McNeely. Loving mother and friend of Eileen (Mel) Timmons and Diane (Roland) Larmour. Special grandmother of Steve (Heather) Timmons and Mark (Kelly) Timmons. Greatgrandmother of Megan Margaret Timmons. Predeceased by her brothers Allan, Borden, Arnold, Clarence, Archie and Bob Leishman and by a sister Eileen Ferguson. Funeral arrangements private. Interment St. Paul's Anglican cemetery, Almonte.

Margaret married Howard Willard McNeely in 1937. Howard (son of Robert Miller McNeely and Harriet Alice Thompson) was born on 2 Nov 1909 in Beckwith Township, Lanark County, Ontario, Canada; died on 9 Jan 1994 in Carleton Place, Lanark County, Ontario, Canada; was buried in St. Paul's Anglican Church Cemetery, Almonte, Mississippi Mills, Lanark County, Ontario, Canada.
