    GRAHAM -- At Carleton Lodge, April 11th, George T. Graham, beloved husband of the late Mary Ellen McGill by first marriage and Marion McGill by second marriage, dear father of Kathleen (Mrs Stuart Hudson), Kinburn, in his 98th year. Rested at the Comba Funeral Home, Church Street, Almonte, where service took place on Thursday April 13th. Interment, Auld Kirk Cemetery.

    George T. Graham
    Mr George T. Graham passed away at Carleton Lodge, Manotick, on April 11, 1967 in his ninety-eight year. Mr Graham was born in Huntley Township, where he attended Public School. His family moved to Ramsay Township about eighty years ago and resided on the 9th Concession near Bennie's Corners. George T. Graham was the husband of Mary Ellen McGill, by his first marriage and Marion McGill by a second marriage. One daughter, Kathleen (Mrs S.W. Hudson) of Kinburn survives, with whom Mr Graham has resided for the last thirty-five years; also one grandson S. Graham Hudson of Kinburn and two granddaughters, Gwen of Ottawa, and Marion (Mrs Trevor Hawkins) of London, Ont. and five great-grandchildren. Funeral service was conducted Thursday, April 13, at 3.30 p.m. by Rev Harold Davies of Pakenham. This was preceded by a Masonic Service, Wednesday evening at 7.30 p.m. Interment was in the Auld Kirk Cemetery. Pallbearers were Jack McGill, Borden McGill, Lorne Ritchie, Sheff Graham, Bob Hogan and Leslie Pratt.

    George married Mary Ellen McGill in 1903. Mary (daughter of John McGill and Catherine McKay) was born on 9 Jan 1878 in Pakenham Township, Lanark County, Ontario, Canada; died on 12 Jan 1906 in Pakenham Township, Lanark County, Ontario, Canada; was buried on 14 Jan 1906 in Auld Kirk Cemetery, Ramsay, Mississippi Mills, Lanark County, Ontario, Canada. Dear mother of Graham (Kay) of Kinburn; Gwendolyn (Mrs. Dr. Allan Taylor) of Ottawa; and Marion (Mrs. Trevor Hawkins) of London, Ontario. Much loved sister-in-law Mertie and Jim McDonald, Alfred and Jessie Hudson of Almonte; and Claude and Anne Hudson of Sidney, B.C. Also survived by eight grandchildren , and 3 great grandchildren. Friends called at the C.R. Gamble Funeral Home, 127 Church Street, Almonte. Funeral service was in the Chapel on Tuesday. officiating. Interment Union Cemetery, Pakenham, Ontario.

    It is with great sadness that the family of Graham Hudson announce his peaceful passing at the Ottawa General Hospital on January 22, 2022 in his 89th year. He was the loving and devoted husband and soul mate of the late Kay (nee Snedden) for 59 years. Graham was the son of the late Stuart and Kay Hudson. He was the proud father of Bruce (Elizabeth), Brian (Lynn), Steve (Jane), Dale (Angela) and Donna (Bill) Lemon as well as 13 grandchildren Leigh (Craig), Dana (Alan), Kerin, Sandra, Allison (Eric), Andrew, Sara (Lucas), Melissa, Jared, Cameron, Nicholas, Meg, Ben and great-grandchild Claire. He will be mourned by his sister Gwen (the late Allan) Taylor. Pre-deceased by his sister the late Marion (Trevor) Hawkins and brother-in-law the late Earle (Marilyn) Snedden and he will also be mourned by brother-in-law Sandy (Marion) Snedden and his sister-in-law Beth (Brian) Keating. Graham was a respected member of the Agricultural Community. He was active in the Ottawa Valley Seed Growers, Kemptville College Foundation as a graduate of K.A.S. of 1954. He was also a longtime 4-H Leader and a lifelong member of St. Andrews United Church, Pakenham. Graham especially enjoyed his fraternal affiliations with Mississippi Masonic Lodge no. 147, Maple Granite Royal Arch Chapter, Scottish Rite 32 Degree, Tunis Shriners no. 179 and the Land O'Lakes Shrine Club. The family wishes to extend their appreciation to the staff and friends at Orchard View by the Mississippi for their kindness.
