Peacefully in hospital, Carleton Place, Ontario, on Saturday, April 15, 1995, in his 85th year. William Ernest Lowe, beloved husband of Margaret Elizabeth Cameron. Dear brother of Marjorie (Mrs. Norman Green) of Ottawa and Ellard (Isobel) Lowe of Smiths Falls. Predeceased by his brothers, Allan, Jim, Robert, Frank, Gordon, Albert and Wesley Lowe and by sisters, Isabel Crawford, Jessie and Hester Lowe, Mary Hodgson, Jean Fulford and Florence Moore. Survived by three sisters-in-law, Minerva and Janet Lowe and Hazel Cameron and by one brother-in-law, Donald (Anna) Cameron. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Kerry Funeral Home, 61 Lake Avenue West, Carleton Place, for visiting on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Service in the chapel on Monday at 2 p.m. Rev. Jim Baldwin officiating. Interment United Cemeteries, Carleton Place. Expressions of sympathy to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Memorial Fund at Ashton United Church would be appreciated by the family.
