    BULLIS, Audrey Annie McInnes (nee Simpson) In her 92nd year, Audrey passed away peacefully at home Sunday, November 11, 2012 with her daughter and son by her side. Beloved wife of the late Jim Bullis. Loving mother of Earlene Day (late Fred), late Murray McInnes (Emily), late Glen McInnes (Carol), Donald McInnes (Linda), and David Bullis (Suzanne). Loving Nannie to 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Daughter of the late Gilmour Simpson and Louella Fee, sister to the late Doreen Drummond. Audrey is survived by her sister Dana Featherston, brother Bill Simpson and sister in laws Vietta McInnes, Clara Rockburn (Rocky) and Betty McLaren. Audrey will be remembered by her many nieces and nephews and lifelong friends. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Hacker, Bayshore Nurses, and the many PSW's for their attention and care provided to Audrey. Family and friends may pay respects at Ashton United Church Ashton Station Rd, Ashton, ON, K0A 1B0 on Saturday, November 24th from 10: 00-11: 00 am with a funeral service following.     After a long struggle with dementia, Dana Elizabeth Featherston passed away peacefully with her loving granddaughter Shannon at her side, on Sat. May 16, 2020 at Fairview Manor, Almonte, Ontario. Dana is reunited thru faith with her devoted husband Ken, beloved parents Gilmour & Luella (nee Fee) Simpson, grandparents William & Annie (nee Hawthorne) Simpson and her cherished sisters, Doreen (Drummond) and Audrey (Bullis).
    Born and raised on the 8th line of Goulbourn on the family homestead, Dana had a childhood filled with happy memories of farm life, walking to the one room schoolhouse, attending the Ashton United Church, family gatherings and great neighbours. A dance introduced Dana to her loving, quiet and steadfast husband, Kenneth James Featherston.
    Their cherished children are son Barry (Linda) and daughter Kenda. Together, they enjoyed every moment with their adored grandchildren Shannon (Chris) and Troy Featherston. Great grandson Sheamus (and step great grandchildren Aspen & Maddox) brought her great joy.
    A lifelong love of music led to a career as a Music Teacher traveling throughout schools in Lanark County, and a devoted Church choir member for over 60 years. Dana always looked her best, was a gifted photographer, loved to dance and could never pass by a piano without playing a cord!
    Dana will be fondly remembered by her only brother, Bill Simpson (late Helen), numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and her dear lifelong friends Muriel (late Jim), Susan and Bruce Townend.
    The family would like to acknowledge all the exemplary staff of Fairview Manor and thank them for the compassionate care of Dana over the years.
    If so desired, a memorial contribution to the Fairview Manor Resident Fund would be greatly appreciated.

    It is with profound sadness the family and friends of David Drummond announce his passing, the result of recent heart problems and a massive stroke. Dave and his twin brother Gilmour (Gib) were a package that could never be separated so this is an especially profound loss for Gib. Dave would insist that we mention his dear life long friend he lovingly called his 'brother-from-another-mother', Art Brown.

    Work was more than a passion to Dave ? it was his reason for living. Per his wishes, he went down with his boots on. He loved those that worked with him like family. He welcomed each new customer (soon to become friend) and enjoyed that every job was unique & challenging. The rewards from a job well done were many: wonderful experiences, many laughs, old stories to tell, new stories to share and the special satisfaction that comes from looking back at what a team of professionals had just accomplished. May he rest in peace now that his final building move is over. It also must be noted that Dave was a dedicated volunteer member (retired Captain) of the Almonte Fire Department for 25+ years, during which time he contributed much to the department as well as his beloved Almonte community.

    Mourning Dave's loss is his partner Shirley Blonski, daughter JoAnna, siblings Gib, Bill (Grace), Mac (Joan), Bruce (Elaine), Millie Garbuio (late John), Allan (late Dana), Gloria (Jaimie), Janet (William), and numerous nieces and nephews. Waiting to welcome him Home is brother John (Colleen), sister-in-law Dana, brother-in-law John, brother-in-law Steve and parents Stewart & Doreen Drummond (nee Simpson).

    The family wishes to sincerely thank those wonderful friends who jumped in to help that morning, and acknowledge the wonderful ambulance staff, nurses & doctors at the Almonte General Hospital for their compassionate care. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory to the Almonte General Hospital Fairview Manor Foundation or Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.

    A celebration of a life well lived will be held on
