doreen Phyllis DcDiarmid, beloved wife of the late Blair Stuart Simpson. Loving mother of David Simpson. Dear sister of Muriel Drummond, Warner (Ruth McDiarmid, Orville (Joyce) McDiarmid and Douglas (Shrley) McDiarmid. Predecdeased by a sister Vera Garvin and by brothers Gordon, Harold, Clifton, Ross, Leonard, Elmer and Willard. Friends may call at the Kerry Funneral Home, 61 Lake Avenue West, Carleton Place for visiting on Thursday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Friday from 12 noon until time of Funeral Service in the Kerry Chapel at 1 p.m. with Rev. Anne McKnight officiating. Spring interment United Cemeteries, Carleton Place. As an expression of sympathy, memorial dontions to the Ashton United Church would be appreciated.
