Thomas Renfred McKittrick, 60, of Calgary, died in hospital Friday afternoon following a lengthy illness.
Born in Ashton, Ont., he came to Calgary 36 years ago, and had resided here since. Mr. McKittrick had been employed by the C.P.R. as a passenger train conductor, where he became well known throughout the province. He was a member of the I.O.O.F. of Calgary, and also a member of the Brotherhood of Railway conductors.
Surviving are three sons, Lyle and Harold, of Turner Valley, and Ross, with the R.C.N.V.R., Prince Rupert, B.C.; two daughters, Mrs. Lawrence Himmelman, of Napanee, Ont., and Miss Helen McKittrick, of Calgary; his mother, Mrs. H. J. McKittrick, of 2718 Montcalm Cres., Calgary; two sisters, Mrs. M. R. Chapell, of Sydney, N.S., and Mrs. William E. Gray, of Calgary; three brothers, J. G. McKittrick of Calgary, S. A., of Portland, Ore., and W. N., of Wells, B.C., and four grandchildren.

James Garfield McKittrick, 61, of the Royal hotel, died this morning in General hospital.
Mr. McKittrick was born in Ashton, On., and came to Calgary in 1909. He joined the C.P.R. at Carleton Place, Ont., 40 years ago and was a conductor running out of Calgary and Wilkie, Sask., for many years.
He was a member of the Brotherhood of Railway Conductors and the United Church.
Surviving are two brothers, S. Arthur, Portland, Ore.; William N., Wells, B.C.; two sisters, Mrs. William E. Gray, Calgary, and Mrs. M. R. Chappell, Sydney, N.S.
A brother, Frederick, died in April, 1943, in Calgary.

Audrey was born at home to Helen and Billy Gray, July 21, 1919; sister to Douglas Gray. She was full of warmth, courage, patience and wit. She married Leonard Hogarth and had Gary, Dennis, Brenda and Bill, all of whom created huge challenges and endless opportunities to practice her love and patience. Her endurance was an inspiration. She loved a smart game of duplicate bridge, planting flowers and her years at Sylvan Lake with Monte, Doris and Marg. At her request, there will be no Services held.
