  	Lowell H. Manley, 71, of Deckerville, Michigan, died December 27, 2003, in St. John Hospital, Detroit. He was born January 16, 1932 in Custer Township, MI, the son of Roy and Freda (Reich) Manley. He married Faith (Grant) Wright on May 4, 1962 in Deckerville. He owned and operated Plasta Coat Corporation and Protocraft Corporation for the last 33 years, and Lowell Manley Shooting Supplies. He was active in making custom gun stocks and was a member of the National Rifle Association. He is survived by his wife, Faith, of Deckerville; one daughter, Elaine Hickson and her husband, Ray, of Deckerville; two granddaughters, Faith Ruiter and her husband, Floyd, of Ohio and Shanna Forsyth and her husband, Kirk, of Deckerville; and three great-grandchildren. Funeral: Apsey Funeral Home. The Rev. Robert Stock officiated. Burial will be in Washington Township Cemetery.
