  	Evelyn L. Turner, 90, of Turlock passed away on March 27, 2015. She was born Evelyn Lorraine Worrell in Modesto on January 23, 1925 and had lived in Turlock for 73 years. Though primarily a homemaker, Evelyn also worked as a secretary at a bank in Patterson, was employed by Harvey Lazar Co. and also spent time as an employee at the Federal Land Bank. She was a member of Mitchell Community Church. Evelyn and her husband enjoyed bowling and she at one time held the highest average in the Turlock area. They also were members of the "Free & Easy" RV Club and enjoyed traveling extensively. Evelyn also collected LP's and had a collection of over 10,000. Evelyn is survived by her husband of 73 years, Lawrence Turner of Turlock, son, Larry Turner, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by daughters, Peggy and Diana Turner and a brother, Vernon Worrell. Funeral services will be held Friday at 11:00 AM at Turlock Funeral Home with committal to follow at Turlock Memorial Park. Adapted from Turlock Memorial Park obituary
